Townsend

 

Townsend is a small town about 34 miles southeast of Helena, the state capitol.  With just over 2000 residents, you get that small town living with larger town amenities not far away.  Now only is Helena nearby, but Bozeman is only 63 miles south of Townsend where there is lots of shopping, dining, skiing, and other recreation.

Canyon Ferry Lake is just a few miles out of town between Townsend and Helena.  It's a beautiful place to live with plenty of opportunities.
